Claudia Horbert is director of research store planning & design at EHI Retail Institute in Cologne/Germany. EHI is a scientific institute of the retail industry with more than 550 members, including international retail companies and their associations, manufacturers of consumer goods and capital goods and various service providers. EHI carries out research work on important matters impacting the future of the retail industry. Every three years just before EuroShop, the institute carries out the EHI-Store-Monitor, a guide to the backgrounds and core figures of the shopfitting and furnishing market.
