Next Store: Unifying Technologies to Enhance the Retail Store Experience

2011 saw retailers deploying all sorts of new technology in stores: a kiosk here, digital signage there... an "app" to capitalize on the latest mobile trends. But bringing these (and other!) technologies together to create an empowering and delightful brand experience in the store is as much art as it is "tech." This session will explore how the entire panoply of technologies available to today's store designers can be brought together in a new and unified shopping experience.
