Gavin Johnston

Gavin Johnston, a former chef, is now a full-fledged anthropologist for Two West Inc. His retail research focuses on a methodology mix of qualitative research, ethnography, retail-brand positioning, semiotics and sociolinguistics. He has advanced degrees in cultural anthropology and human-computer interaction and has worked with such retailers as BestBuy, H&R Block, MillerCoors Brewing and YUM! Brands.
