Chuck Palmer is a retail and consumer behavior expert with more than 25 years of experience across the worlds of online and offline retail, retail strategy, consumer consulting and digital merchandising. He focuses on the nexus of consumer behavior, technology and creativity. He is owner and principal strategist at ConsumerX, a retail consultancy. Clients and project work include The Home Depot, Kmart, Airstream, Scotts Miracle-Gro, Abbot Nutrition, JPMorgan Chase, Kraft, Nintendo, Intel, Humana, Johnson & Johnson, Dell, Columbia Sportswear, HP, and Staples.

Chuck applies his knowledge to retailers, brands and technology firms towards the goal of learning more about consumers and creating better experiences. The results range from brand positioning to consumer segmentation; from new prototype designs to new ecommerce platforms.
