Diana Dawson

Vice President, Director of Consulting Services
Envirosell Inc.

For the past 17 years, Diana has studied customer experience in a wide range of environments. She has observed, listened and engaged with people as they play their many roles throughout the day, whether they are a retail shopper, airport passenger, hotel guest, restaurant diner or museum patron.  By focusing on how the environment affects their journey, behavior, choices and need states, Diana has work with a wide array of clients to improve their visitor experience.  The specific results such as longer dwell times, improved perception of time, stronger messaging awareness, higher experience engagement rates, and stronger brand affinity, contribute to a profound improvement in enterprise performance and the overall customer experience.

With a background in theater, film and set design, Diana specializes in prototype design and development. In addition to optimizing store designs, her expertise also includes interactive displays, digital signage, and signage hierarchies. She earned dual BFAs from Baylor University in Acting as well as Directing and Design. Her MFA from the University of Iowa is in Theatre.
