Monica manages client services within Specialty Design and provides branding and strategic development expertise for FRCH clients across the firm. In her role as client advocate, Monica provides a single point of contact within FRCH. She works to facilitate the entire project process from foundation and discovery through construction administration.

A seasoned marketing and brand strategy professional, Monica has spent the majority of her career on the client-side of business relationships. After receiving her M.B.A. from Miami University, Monica entered the marketing profession as a product and market manager for Sara Lee Corp., where she developed strategic direction and brand positioning for multiple product lines. She has extensive experience developing marketing and brand strategy in a variety of industries including consumer packaged goods, telecommunications and not-for-profit.

Monica’s professional experiences include Tiffany & Co., Harley-Davidson, Moosejaw, Luxottica Retail, Hershey’s Chocolate World, Hush Puppies, Procter & Gamble, Merrell, Zales, Forest City, Miami University, Prana Sleep, On The Border, Duty Free Stores, Sprint and T-Mobile.
