Exciting new initiatives at Macy’s Inc. enticed senior designer Nadine King to return to the company she'd previously served for nine years. A two-year sabbatical as design manager for Luxottica Retail netted her an award–winning design for Sunglass Hut. As Federated, now Macy’s, integrated acquisitions, King has been a key player in designing new stores, remodels and special initiatives. Prior to her Macy’s career, she was with FRCH Design Worldwide in Cincinnati and Walker Group in New York, Los Angeles and London. She graduated from Connecticut College as a performing arts major and a fine arts minor and subsequently earned an interior design degree at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.
