Parisa Zander began her career in a small ad agency in the Bay Area, gaining hands-on experience from conception of creative ideas to creating full-scale ad campaigns. Subsequent positions at Sierra Online and Humongous Entertainment immersed her in casual and educational games product marketing, rounding out her marketing experience. Joining Microsoft Corp.'s channel marketing department seven years ago, Parisa was instrumental in the launch of the first Xbox, working with retailers such as Wal-Mart and Toys R Us to help bring the brand to life. As group manager for WW Visual Merchandising, she handled Microsoft products at retail, including all space planning and merchandising for the latest Xbox 360 launch as well as the recent Windows and Office launches. Thanks to a recent expansion of her role, Parisa now manages all retail creative services, which includes visual merchandising, online retail and store design for Microsoft products worldwide.
