A one-day mini-IRDC focuses on millennial shoppers

One of the most intriguing and talked about subjects at IRDC 2011 is now a new focused one-day event coming to Cincinnati, June 7—the IRDC Roadshow. This mini-IRDC will drill down into how retail can attract and keep the millennial generation of shoppers.  An insightful program combined with an authoritative roster of speakers will help retail designers understand and design for America’s newest—and soon to be largest—consumer group.

Renowned trendspotter Marian Salzman will kick-off the day with a perceptive overview of the millennial generation of shoppers—sharing key up-to-the-minute generational statistics and data, their buying power and the ways they choose to shop.  She’ll set the tone for an information-packed day of understanding this key demographic and exploring a different approach to designing a retail experience for a dominant group of twentysomethings.
