With more than 15 years of experience in the national and international food travel industry, Sebastiaan is highly regarded for his passion for food, a commitment to quality and a zeal for creating novel and award-winning restaurant experiences.

Sebastiaan has brought an ingenious mix of custom boutique restaurant concepts to Northern American airports and the development of fresh new restaurant experiences which truly reflect the “flavors” of a city have become his trademark. Prior to SSP America, Sebastiaan was Senior Director of Brands & Concepts at HMSHost International and Director of Restaurant Development at Hilton Worldwide.
