Scott Niederhauser is the Director of Visual Merchandising and Store Environment for Hallmark Retail. He leads a team of visual merchandising, graphic design and store design professionals in developing and executing visual presentation and store environments for Hallmark Gold Crown. He collaborates with the strategic levels of the organization to develop in-store display solutions and environmental elements that provide a differentiated shopping experience for the consumer, ensuring that all solutions meet brand and positioning standards, represent the visual aesthetic and shop-ability required of specialty retail, and meet the financial requirements for Hallmark Retail.

Prior to working at Hallmark Cards, Inc., Scott worked for Restoration Hardware as an assistant store manager, store manager, visual market merchant and visual merchandising manager. ¬†Scott’s past experience as a store manager have helped him create visual and store environmental designs that are both inspiring and easy to execute. He has a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University with a minor in Business Management.
